Making a Reservation

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

To make a reservation you must pay a deposit that will be 50% of the cost of your reservation, the balance must be cancelled prior departure.


Cancellation Policy:


DEPOSIT IS 100% REFUNDABLE if reservations are cancelled within 15 business days, no questions asked!


Cancellations done in the prior two (2) weeks before the reservation date, will be subject to a $ 200.00 charge.


Cancellations done the same day of the reservation, will lose 100% of the deposit.


Weather Policy:

We can reschedule your outing (FREE) if weather conditions are not good 4 hours before your ride.

If you want to reschedule your trip without any of the conditions previously provided, you must pay Reschedule FEE : $200 (USD)


FULL REFUND 4 HOURS BEFORE IF:

-More than 70% chance of rain

-Winds of 18Mph or Higher


ONCE YOU DEPARTURE ON YOUR OUTING, FUNDS ARE NO LONGER REFUNDABLE.

Other Considerations

You (As a Charterer) must sign a agreement accepting some conditions.

1.)  Late arrival of charterer will not alter end time of the charter.

2.) The Charterer is responsible for any damage to the Vessel

3.) Ancla Miami is NOT responsible for weather changes

4.) Ancla Miami is NOT Responsible for weather catastrophes

5.) The Charterer is responsible for the safe navigation of the Vessel

6.) The Charterer is responsible for the safe of the crew and the passengers.


  NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR INJURY AND OTHER LOSSES

Charterer recognizes and accepts the risk that is inherent in any boating activity, and expressly holds  the Vessel, including her owners harmless from any injury or loss of life resulting from the use of the vessel or any of the facilities offered unless solely caused by the vessel’s Captain’s gross negligence or intentional act. All passengers are advised to seek medical attention should they have any concerns regarding motion sickness and to carry on board any prescribed treatment as per the section on DRUGS. 

  

CHILDREN

Children are welcome on board; however, the crew cannot take any responsibility to watch over them. Children under the age of fourteen (16) must be under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian at all times.


Ancla Miami is NOT responsible for valuable items or personal documents left on the Vessel.


ALL PASSENGERS MUST BE ON BOARD AT THE END OF THE TRIP, Charterer is responsible of all the rest of the passengers including those who do not want to return in our vessel.


Any suspicious attitude that causes the alteration of public order as possession of drugs by the passengers or discussions and fights between the passengers can cause the IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF THE CHARTER WITHOUT REFUND OF THE MONEY.
