Balance is payable prior departure in one of the following ways:

-Cash

-Cashapp

-Venmo

-Zelle

*CREDIT CARD NOT ALLOWED TO PAY THE BALANCE*

Changes in your reservation are not allowed 2 weeks before your ride.

*URGENT* It is imperative to sign the rental documents within 24 hours of making the reservation payment. Failure to do so may lead to the cancellation of your reservation, and an administrative fee will be deducted from the deposit upon its return.

Weather Policy:

We can reschedule your outing (FREE) if weather conditions are not good 4 hours before your ride.

FREE RESCHEDULE 4 HOURS BEFORE IF:

-More than 70% chance of rain

-Winds of 18Mph or higher

ONCE YOU DEPARTURE ON YOUR OUTING, FUNDS ARE NO LONGER REFUNDABLE.

1.)  Late arrival of charterer will not alter end time of the charter.

2.) The Charterer is responsible for any damage to the Vessel

3.) Ancla Miami is NOT responsible for weather changes

4.) Ancla Miami is NOT Responsible for weather catastrophes

  NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR INJURY AND OTHER LOSSES

Charterer recognizes and accepts the risk that is inherent in any boating activity, and expressly holds  the Vessel, including her owners harmless from any injury or loss of life resulting from the use of the vessel or any of the facilities offered unless solely caused by the vessel’s Captain’s gross negligence or intentional act. All passengers are advised to seek medical attention should they have any concerns regarding motion sickness and to carry on board any prescribed treatment as per the section on DRUGS. 

CHILDREN

Children are welcome on board; however, the crew cannot take any responsibility to watch over them. Children under the age of fourteen (16) must be under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian at all times.

Children under 7 Years must wear life vest while the boat is in motion. Parents must bring a personal life vest for the children.

Ancla Miami is NOT responsible for valuable items or personal documents left on the Vessel.

DOGS ARE WELCOME, security deposit may be required at the time of boarding. Please contact us if you want to bring a dog.
