RESERVATION & PAYMENT POLICY

Reservation and payment terms may vary depending on the booking method selected.

1) Reservations made via WhatsApp or direct contact:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid prior to departure via cash, Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle. Credit cards are not accepted for balance payments.

2) Reservations made through our online booking system (credit card):
A $200 non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure the booking. A 5% credit card processing fee applies to all card transactions and is non-refundable under all circumstances. The remaining balance must be paid prior to departure via cash, Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle. Credit cards are not accepted for balance payments. 

Changes to any reservation are subject to availability and applicable fees.
No changes are permitted within ten (10) days of the scheduled outing date.

Any approved date change does not guarantee availability for the new requested date.  

 All rental documents must be signed within twenty-four (24) hours of submitting the reservation deposit. Failure to complete and sign the required documentation within this timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation, and an administrative fee will be deducted from any refundable amount, if applicable.

A valid government-issued photo ID is required from the primary renter.

Additionally, any renter born on or after January 1, 1988, is required by Florida law to complete a Boating Safety Course prior to the outing. This course is easy to complete, fully online, and the certificate is valid for 90 days. The same certificate can be used to rent both boats and jet skis.

All reservation deposits are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
Please refer to the Weather Policy below for rescheduling options related to weather conditions. 

 A FREE reschedule will be offered up to four (4) hours prior to departure only if BOTH of the following conditions are met:

• Rain probability exceeds 70%
   
• Sustained wind speeds are 18 mph or higher

• The decision to reschedule due to weather is entirely optional and at the client’s discretion.
   
• Rescheduling is not mandatory, and choosing not to reschedule does not entitle the client to a refund.
   
• If a reschedule is approved due to weather, the client will have up to fifteen (15) days from the original outing date to select a new departure date.
   
• If a new date is not selected within the 15-day period, the deposit or reservation fee will be forfeited.
   
• All rescheduled dates are subject to availability.
   

Once the outing has commenced, all payments become non-refundable, regardless of weather conditions.
